I build mobile apps, websites and business software for UK companies, and I help sort out the processes underneath them.
I started out as a market trader, then moved on to delivering and demonstrating premium cars with cutting edge new features to celebrities and journalists, and now I run depots, inventory teams and customer accounts. Through most of it I was noticing which piecemeal spreadsheets or crumbling processes were superficially holding the business together.
In September 2025 a workplace injury ended my driving career. Instead of waiting on a recovery timeline that kept moving, I founded Warming Neon and started shipping software, with AI doing the typing and me doing the deciding.
I believe most people are far more capable than the systems around them let them be and the trick is usually to remove the systems that hold them back.
