Terry McCall, founder
Before Warming Neon I spent my time in multiple teams building better spreadsheets and dashboards that drive real improvements to processes. No degree and no dev team, but a lifelong habit and desire to understand and solve problems. It's probably an undiagnosed form of OCD.
That habit points at software now. I'm the prompt architect, AI does the building, and then I validate all the work with my own tests and verification processes.
